Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want this policy to be clear and fair, so you always know what to expect before you subscribe.
Subscriptions
SheetForYou's Basic and Pro plans are monthly subscriptions, billed in advance through Razorpay. Each payment covers the month ahead.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your plan will not renew for the next month, and you'll keep full access to your current plan until the end of the period you've already paid for. To cancel, email us at support@sheetforyou.com and we'll take care of it.
Refunds
Because you can start on the Free plan and try the service before paying, and because plans are billed monthly with no long-term commitment, subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for the current billing period, for partial months, or for unused transformations after a payment has been made.
The one exception: if you've been charged in error — for example, a duplicate or accidental charge — contact us at support@sheetforyou.com and we will investigate and put right any genuine billing mistake.
Free plan
The Free plan involves no payment, so there is nothing to refund.
