Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of SheetForYou. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. The service
SheetForYou is an online tool, operated by Ramesh Selvaraj (Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India), that transforms Excel and CSV files based on plain-English instructions you provide.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Please provide an accurate email address so we can reach you about your account and payments.
3. Acceptable use
- Use SheetForYou only for lawful purposes and only on data you have the right to process.
- Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or bypass the service's limits or security.
- File and usage limits apply per plan (file size up to 10 MB, and the row and monthly transformation limits shown on our pricing page).
4. Plans, billing and cancellation
- Free: one free transformation, no payment required.
- Basic: ₹999 per month, including 15 uploads per month.
- Pro: ₹1,999 per month, including 30 uploads per month.
Paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions, billed in advance and renewing automatically through Razorpay until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Accuracy of results
SheetForYou uses AI to interpret your instructions, and while we work hard to make results reliable, automated transformations may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect. Always review the output before relying on it, especially for financial, legal, or other important data. You are responsible for verifying that the transformed file meets your needs.
6. Intellectual property
Your data and files remain yours. The SheetForYou software, brand, and website remain ours. You are granted a limited right to use the service under these terms.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, SheetForYou and its operator are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your reliance on transformed output. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding month.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Tamil Nadu shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
